Open Positions:

Content manager

He/She will oversee the day-to-day management of our editorial team, ensure the overall delivery of our editorial content within production deadlines at the highest of creative quality standards, and drive the editorial direction of our platform under the creative strategy.


Drive the execution of our editorial strategy as set forth by our Editor in Chief and Director of Content, defining the editorial direction and areas of focus based on inputs from our Planning and Business Development teams.

Build internal editorial best practices that drive audience development by optimizing pitching, headlines, sub-headlines, keywords and metadata for reader interest and search engines.

Ensure editors are pitching, researching and developing their stories in line with the editorial direction.

Collaborate with the Design team to ensure visually and graphically compelling stories that push the boundaries of storytelling and content formats.

Work with Public Relations and Social Media on developing programs and strategies to drive amplification of our stories.

Collaborate with Planning on editorial activations that support marketing, brand launches and special brand collaborations, ensuring the editorial team contributes on ideation as necessary within business and marketing requirements.

Manage and build a high-caliber roster of freelance writers and creatives.


Bachelor’s degree in English Literature, Journalism or Communications.

A minimum of 8 years editorial experience, with at least 5 years in digital content.

Proven track record of building and managing a large editorial team to create both long and short-lead content in a variety of formats.

Experience creating engaging digital content in culture and fashion media.

Strong writing and editorial skills with an expert command of cultural terminology.

Demonstrated understanding of audience development, engagement and distribution strategies.

Flawless English and Russian written and verbal communication skills.

Robust network of freelancers to call upon. Well-versed in using various analytics tools (Google Analytics,, Facebook Insights, etc.)


Detail-oriented with a keen sense of story ideation within fashion and culture

Ability to multitask and manage project priorities to meet deadlines

Creative and agile thinker who is self-motivated and collaborative

Demonstrated knowledge of fashion, pop culture, and contemporary art and design

Ability to coach and mentor employees to achieve personal and professional goals
