  • Our team moves quickly to get your order shipped out ASAP, which means that we don’t have much time to change the address. If you need to correct your address please contact us as fast as possible at info@orttu.com

  • Occasionally a carrier will tag a package as delivered before it's been physically dropped off. Please check around your apartment block or house (e.g., lobby, outside hallway, front porch, side door, garage area, mailbox, and mail room) to make sure it’s not been left anywhere unexpected. Also, please ask any neighbors, housemates, and concierges (or coworkers, if delivered to work) if they received it for you. If your package still hasn’t turned up six hours after the delivery date and time shown in your tracking information, please contact us.

  • Because we know you're eager to enjoy your new ORTTU items, we always process your order as soon as it comes in.

    If you place an order before 1pm EST, Monday to Friday, your package will leave our warehouse in New York on the same day. Orders placed after 1pm on Fridays will be shipped the following business day.

    Orders within the US are shipped using FedEx Express and will arrive at your address in 1-2 business days.

    Orders outside the US are shipped using DHL Express and will arrive at your address in 2-4 business days.

  • If you receive an incorrect order or an item is missing, please email us at info@orttu.com. Our client care team will make sure you receive your items order ASAP.
