Your order is processed as soon as it comes in! If your order is placed before 1pm EST (Monday - Friday), your package will leave our warehouse in New York on the same day.

Orders within the US are shipped using Fedex Express for $12.95 and will arrive to your address in 1-2 business days.

Orders outside the US are shipped using DHL Express for $24.95 and will arrive to your address in 2-4 business days.

Fear not! We have taken care of all import duties, taxes, and custom fees for you. The price you see at checkout is the price you will pay. No surprises! Though 99% of companies won’t do this, we LOVE going the extra mile for our clients.

At ORTTU, we care about the wellbeing of our staff. Our warehouse team rests on weekends and national holidays, so orders placed then would be shipped the following business day.

P.O. Boxes are not an option at this time.

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping notification email with a tracking link so that you can keep an eye on the adventures of your ORTTU treasures.

Our team moves quickly to get your order shipped out ASAP, which means that we don’t have much time to change the address. If you need to correct your address please contact us as fast as possible at info@orttu.com

Price adjustments can be made within a 7 day time period from when the order is placed

20 Day Free Exchanges

Exchanges are easy, timely, and free for 20 days after the order date. We will pay for the return label and the cost of shipping the new items to you. You will be able to download a pre-paid shipping label from our returns portal here. For international orders, please use our international returns platform.

14 Day Returns

Items returned within 14 days of their original shipment date will be eligible for a refund to their original payment method or store credit.

Items beyond the 14-day policy have up to 20 days to receive store credit or be exchanged for another item of the same value free of charge.

All items must be unwashed and unworn and returned in the original ORTTU pouch (colored cloth bag), in order to receive a refund or credit in any form. Items that do not meet these basic requirements are not eligible.

If you're submitting a return for store credit or an exchange, the shipping label & restocking fee are free of charge. For refunds to your original payment method, we deduct a shipping label fee. (This covers the cost of the shipping label we email you.)

The cost to return is based on the weight of the return and is quoted during the process of creating a return. The return shipping label fee will be deducted from the total amount while exchanges are free. Please only use our pre-paid return labels. (This enables us to track your items.) We are unable to refund lost returns using labels other than our own.

Shipping costs and shipping insurance on the original order (which include duties and taxes) are not refundable.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method on the order, which may include gift cards if one was used.

Orders made online can be returned to our New York store location within 14 days for a refund to your original payment method only.

If you want to exchange an online order at our New York store, we will first have to refund you the original item(s) and then place a new order at the store location.

Orders made at our New York store location can only be returned or exchanged in-store and not online.

Final sale items are not eligible for refund, store credit, or exchange. Please note that all final sale items sent back without prior authorization will be considered forfeited and will be handled at ORTTU's sole discretion.

Third-Party Retailers: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges from our third-party partners online or in stores. Items purchased from third-party retailers or specialty stores must be returned to the store from which it was purchased.

2 Fill out the Order Number and Zip Code fields.

3 Select the item(s) you'd like to return and specify the return reason(s).

4 Select your refund preference.

5 Print out the label provided in your return confirmation email and send back your item(s)

Make sure to only use our pre-paid return labels so we can make sure to track your items. We are unable to refund lost returns using labels other than our own.

ORTTU reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return requirements.

This includes, but is not limited to, merchandise that does not comply with our return policy is worn or washed, exhibits indicators of use for photoshoots or production use only, or if we identify an unreasonable, repetitive return pattern associated with your account.

We get it, once you return your merch, you want your money back ASAP, which is why we make every effort to ensure a prompt refund for you.

ORTTU returns are processed within 14 days of either a Cancellation or a Return.

You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed and your account has been credited.

Please note, refunds may only be issued to the account used for payment.

Yes, you can return items for store credit.

Please note that the store credit amount for each item will be proportionally reduced, to include the free item(s).

If any item is returned from a Buy Two, Get One Free or a Buy Four, Get Two Free sale, for example, the store credit will be equal to the original price of the item reduced by the proportional discounted amount.

Here is an example:

If you purchased two items, both at $200, and got another item free, at $100 value, in a Buy Two, Get One Free sale, you will have received the lowest-cost item ($100) for free.

Your store credit will then be spread proportionally across all three items.

This means that both of the $200 items will be reduced by $66.6 each (you will get $133.40 for each of these items) and the $100 item will be reduced by $33.3 (you will get $66.70).

If a single order contains one or more items to which a discount code and been applied, and one or more items to which no discount code has been applied, the refund amount will be automatically reduced by the proportional discounted amount across all products on the order regardless.

For this reason, we recommend that you purchase items using a discount code separately from orders in which you do not intend to use a discount code.
