3. Mobile App Privacy

This Policy also applies to the ORTTU mobile applications available on iOS and Android. The app collects and uses certain information to operate properly and improve your experience.

a. Information Collected Through the App

In addition to the information described elsewhere in this Policy, our apps may collect:

We partner with Purple Dot to manage pre-orders. When you use this feature, your information is shared with Purple Dot to process your order.

8. SMS / MMS Mobile Messaging Marketing

By subscribing to ORTTU text notifications, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing messages at the phone number provided.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help.

We use your information solely to send messages and manage your subscription. Data may be shared with messaging vendors or carriers as needed to deliver messages.
We do not sell or rent phone numbers collected through our SMS program.
We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights and property.


9. Disclosure of Information

We share data only with trusted service providers under confidentiality agreements, including:

  • Shopify and Shopify Payments

  • Global-e, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all non-U.S. orders placed on orttu.com.
    Global-e handles international checkout, payment processing, local currency conversion, tax, and customs compliance.
    Your personal information (such as name, email, shipping address, payment data, and—where required—identity or customs information) may be shared with Global-e, its affiliates, carriers, customs brokers, and other providers to fulfill your order.
    Global-e stores and processes data primarily in the European Economic Area (EEA) and relies on Standard Contractual Clauses and similar safeguards for international transfers.

  • Shipping and logistics partners

  • Payment processors (PayPal, Klarna, etc.)

  • Advertising and analytics providers (Google, Meta, TikTok)

We do not sell personal information for monetary gain.
Certain advertising or analytics uses may qualify as a “sale” or “sharing” under California law. You can opt out below.


10. Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

ORTTU does not sell personal information for monetary value; however, some advertising or analytics partnerships may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” under California law.

We also honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals as valid opt-out requests.


11. Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA / CPRA)

California residents have the following rights:

  • Right to Delete – Request deletion of personal information (subject to legal exceptions).
