Are there any exclusions on the welcome discount or cash back?
Cash back and the welcome discount can not be earned on or applied to shipping fees, shipping / package insurance, taxes, gift cards or subscription products.
How long do I have to use my Insiders balance?
Your Insiders balance is available for 90 days from the date it was earned.
How do I check my Insiders balance?
Just sign in to your account and click Manage Insiders Membership, and you’ll see your balance in the dashboard.
Can I cancel my Insiders Membership?
Yes, you can cancel your membership at any time. After canceling, you will retain membership benefits until the end of your current paid period.
