Our team moves quickly to get your order shipped out ASAP, which means that we don’t have much time to change the address. If you need to correct your address please contact us as fast as possible at info@orttu.com

Occasionally a carrier will tag a package as delivered before it's been physically dropped off. Please check around your apartment block or house (e.g., lobby, outside hallway, front porch, side door, garage area, mailbox, and mail room) to make sure it’s not been left anywhere unexpected. Also, please ask any neighbors, housemates, and concierges (or coworkers, if delivered to work) if they received it for you. If your package still hasn’t turned up six hours after the delivery date and time shown in your tracking information, please contact us.

Processing Time

Orders placed before 10 AM PST typically leave our San Diego fulfillment center the same day. Please allow 1–2 business days for us to carefully prepare and pack your items before they’re on their way.

U.S. Shipping

  • Standard Delivery: Arrives 4–6 business days after processing
  • Expedited Delivery: Arrives 2–3 business days after processing (if selected at checkout)

International Shipping

All international orders are shipped via DHL Express and usually arrive within 4–5 business days after dispatch.
