Seller and merchant of record

The seller and merchant of record for a purchase depends on the delivery destination:

  • United States deliveries: WithReach LLC is the seller and merchant of record.
  • Deliveries outside the United States: the applicable Global-e entity identified at checkout and in the order documentation is the seller and merchant of record.

ORTTU Online LLC operates the website, brand and customer experience but is not the seller or merchant of record unless checkout expressly identifies ORTTU Online LLC in that role. Review the seller identity and transaction terms shown before submitting an order. The seller is responsible for the sale obligations allocated to it by law and those transaction terms. ORTTU may provide customer service, fulfillment and returns support on the seller's behalf.

Platform and hosting

The online store is hosted and powered by Shopify. Shopify supplies ecommerce infrastructure but is not the seller or merchant of record for purchases made through orttu.com.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the ORTTU name, trademarks, logos, designs, photographs, video, text, graphics, website layout and other content are owned by or licensed to ORTTU Online LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Use of this website does not grant permission to reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially exploit that material except as permitted by law or with prior written consent.

To report suspected infringement, email info@orttu.com with the subject IP NOTICE. Include the work you believe is protected, the material at issue and its location, your contact information and the basis for the claim.

Website information and third-party links

We work to keep website information accurate and the Services available, but content may occasionally contain errors or become unavailable. Product, price and order issues are governed by the Terms of Service and the terms shown at checkout.

The website may link to services operated by other parties. Those parties control their own services, terms and privacy practices. Nothing in this notice excludes responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.
