The Louis Jacket had the potential to be a standout piece, but unfortunately, it fell short of expectations. It arrived stuffed into a box, leaving the fabric heavily wrinkled, and now it will need dry cleaning just to get it into wearable condition. The black trim is disappointing—it feels like a strip of craft-store trim that was quickly sewn on, lacking the quality seen in the photos. The buttons are also loose and will need reinforcing. I wanted to love it, but instead, it looks more like a worn-down Chanel knockoff than the chic, polished piece I was hoping for.
