Yes! You can use your Insiders balance towards your purchases during our sitewide sales and promotions.

Can I use my welcome discount during online promotions and sales?
Yes! You can use your welcome discount on top of sitewide sales and promotions.

Are there any exclusions on the welcome discount or cash back?
Cash back and the welcome discount can not be earned on or applied to shipping fees, shipping / package insurance, taxes, gift cards or subscription products.

How long do I have to use my Insiders balance?
Your Insiders balance is available for 90 days from the date it was earned.

How do I check my Insiders balance?
Just sign in to your account and click Manage Insiders Membership, and you’ll see your balance in the dashboard.

Can I cancel my Insiders Membership?
Yes, you can cancel your membership at any time. After canceling, you will retain membership benefits until the end of your current paid period.
