Insiders Club Terms and Conditions
Part of the Services may include access to the “Insiders Club,” a members-only program that provides exclusive benefits for an annual or monthly fee (the “Membership”).

For clarity, these Membership Terms and Conditions supplement, and do not supersede, our [Terms of Service].
By signing up for a Membership, you agree to be bound by these Membership Terms and Conditions as well as our Terms of Service.
1. Fees and Automatic Renewal
You must pay the Membership fee stated on the Membership FAQ page before receiving any benefits of the Membership.
From time to time, we may change the fees for the Membership without prior notice. Taxes may apply and will be added at checkout.
Unless otherwise specified, the Membership fee is non-refundable, except as expressly stated in these Terms or required by law.
Your Membership will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually, depending on your selection at checkout).
By subscribing, you authorize ORTTU Online LLC to charge your selected payment method for each renewal term until you cancel.
If all eligible payment methods we have on file are declined, you must provide a new valid payment method to maintain your Membership.
If we successfully process a new payment after a failed attempt, your renewal will continue from the original renewal date.
Before completing your purchase, you will see a clear summary of your renewal frequency, price, and cancellation rights.
Unless you notify us before your next renewal charge that you want to cancel or opt out of automatic renewal, your Membership will automatically continue and you authorize us (without further notice, unless required by law) to collect the then-current Membership fee and applicable taxes using any eligible payment method we have on file.
Your Membership will automatically renew for a period equal to your initial term (for example, an annual plan renews for another year).
2. Confirmation & Renewal Notifications
After subscribing, you will receive a confirmation email summarizing your Membership details, including:

Renewal frequency and amount

How to manage or cancel your Membership

Contact information for support
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may also receive renewal reminder emails before your Membership renews.
3. Cancellation Rights
You may cancel your Membership at any time, for any reason. There are no hidden steps or penalties.
You can cancel by:

Logging into your ORTTU account and selecting “Manage My Subscription”, or

Emailing info@orttu.com with your cancellation request.
Once canceled, your Membership will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged for future renewals.
If you purchased your Membership online, you can also use our Click-to-Cancel option, available directly inside your customer dashboard under “Manage My Subscription.”
This satisfies all applicable automatic renewal and subscription cancellation laws, including California ARL §17602 and similar laws in Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, and Oregon.
4. Refunds
Membership fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins, except as required by law or at our sole discretion.
If a technical or billing issue occurs, please contact info@orttu.com within 7 days of renewal, and our team will assist promptly.
If we terminate your Membership for convenience, you will receive a pro-rated refund for any unused portion of your current term.
However, we will not provide refunds for termination related to conduct that we determine violates these Terms, our Terms of Service, or applicable law, involves fraud or misuse, or is harmful to our interests or other users.
5. Changes to Membership Terms
We may change the Membership program or these Terms at our discretion.
Any updates will be posted on this page or on the Membership FAQ page and will become effective as of the posting date.
If material changes affect your billing or renewal terms, we will notify you in advance via email.
Your continued participation after notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
If you do not agree to the changes, your sole remedy is to cancel your Membership.
6. Store Credits
As part of your Membership benefits, you may receive store credits, which can be used only on orttu.com.
Store credits will expire 90 days after the date they are issued.
Expired credits cannot be reactivated, exchanged for cash, or converted into gift cards.
7. Limitation of Liability
IN ADDITION TO OTHER LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS SET FORTH IN OUR TERMS OF SERVICE, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR MEMBERSHIP, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, WARRANTY, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR OTHERWISE, WILL NOT EXCEED THE LAST MEMBERSHIP FEE YOU PAID TO US.
THIS LIMITATION OF LIABILITY WILL APPLY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW AND WILL SURVIVE CANCELLATION OR TERMINATION OF YOUR MEMBERSHIP.
